Arthrex Nashville’s Medical Education Department has one goal. We strive to help surgeons treat their patients better, through education and innovation.
Our representatives also undergo a rigorous 12 month training program upon hire, so that they may be the best resource for our healthcare providers, and facilities.
Headed by Jessica Johnson who brings 11 years of multi discipline orthopedic background., our education department is highlighted by the best resources available to better serve our surgeon customers’ and representatives’ needs.

Multiple Station Lab
Located in Brentwood, TN our lab is Equipped with 4k Video with Image Management Software, Full Power Equipment and C-Arm for Real-Time Lab Imaging.

Training Programs
Arthrex’s corporate headquarters is located in Naples, Florida where visitors will find a vibrant atmosphere of rapid product innovation, medical research and surgeon collaboration. The sprawling campus houses corporate and manufacturing operations, as well as Arthrex’s premier Medical Education Center, which serves as an education destination for surgeons from around the world to learn about new products and techniques through hands-on surgical skills training programs.
Single-Day Lab Experiences
Customize your experience with hands-on opportunities to learn about your preferred products and techniques during these one-day laboratory training sessions, which provide rigorous surgical education in a concise timeframe.
Educational Courses
Incorporating wet and dry lab experiences, these medical education courses are tailored to specific needs and procedures. Courses are open to surgeons as well as other health care professionals, including physician assistants, and OR staff.
Physician Observation Program
Medical education opportunities extend beyond the lab setting. This program allows physicians to visit state-of-the-art facilities across the US and EMEA to observe the latest technologies and surgical techniques in action. Physician instructors guide observers through complex minimally invasive and arthroscopic procedures, demonstrating the use of Arthrex products in a live setting.
